CrossFit is a good Fit for everyone!
CrossFit 101 aims to create an environment for members to become comfortable in CrossFit.
The class is programmed to focus on aspects of fitness and body changes that may affect those who are Master's athletes, individuals recovering from an injury or have not been training in some time. Our trainers will ensure you can move at your own pace and within your limitations.
If you are recovering from an injury or think you may be more prone to one, don’t give up on your health, wellness, and fitness routine. In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely.
